I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spectacular rooms offering easy access to outdoor pools and the beach. The 2nd-floor balcony had great views, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The only downside was the potential noise from parties below and the late room readiness until 4 pm.

The rooms were truly spectacular and provided easy access to the outdoor pools and beach. I enjoyed having food and drinks conveniently located near the pools, and the views from the 2nd-floor balcony were amazing. Although there were plenty of dining options on the second floor, it could get loud when parties were happening below. Additionally, waiting until 4 pm for the room to be ready was a bit inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the mandatory check-ins at the same time led to long lines for the elevators above the 11th floor. Checking out was also a bit chaotic and time-consuming, taking an average of 45 minutes just to load luggage. Despite these issues, I appreciated the room service, welcome drink, and happy hour offerings.

The hotel's location was the best thing about my stay. It was close to the beach with attentive lifeguards on duty, making it a perfect spot for relaxation.
